Requirements

Target group for the study programme “Pump engineer”/“Pump technician“ are all those persons whose jobs are related to pumps or who wish to start working in the field of pumps. General requirements are either substantial practical experience in the operation, construction and sale of pumps or an engineering training (university as well as vocational).

An academic degree in a technical field (engineering degree, bachelor's degree, etc.) is required to qualify as a ‘pump engineer’, otherwise the title ‘pump technician’ is awarded.
